You might wonder, why another python teaching blog?
I believe python, or for that matter, any programming language is a tool more than anything else. It will help you automate processes and enable you to create pieces of code/scripts and maybe even full blown apps that assist you in your daily workflow. I am a doctor by professions. I have no background in computer science or related fields however, I have always been curious about the insides of not only humans but also computers. I worked on basic, foxpro, eventually java and then python. I found python to be a lot more intuitive, simple yet powerful. Therefore I would like to pass it on to other healthcare professionals, and teach them in a way I think is the most effective- by working on projects related to their field.
